COURSE DESCRIPTION
12 Catholic Schools were involved in a 2 year project 2012-2013 developing skills in differentiation. Following the first successful workshop held in March this year, four different schools will present their work and experiences throughout the project.

INTENDED FOR: Primary and secondary teachers who wish to learn how to differentiate their teaching for diversity within the classroom. 

AITSL AUSTRALIAN PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS INCLUDE

Standard 1 - Know students and how they learn
      1.5 Differentiate teaching to meet the specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities
Standard 3 - Plan for and implement effective teaching and learning
      3.3 Use teaching strategies
Standard 4 - Create and maintain supportive and safe learning environments

Standard 6 - Engage in Professional Learning
      6.2 Engage in professional learning and improve
            practice
