This day should provide an ideal time to meet new colleagues, network with each other and to continue to be lead learners in your school communities and within CESA.

There will be an opportunity to interact with the CESA Directors/Assistant Directors and we will continue with the theme of our professional learning this year: 
the Deputy Principal as a religious leader, with a presentation
by Bernadette Kiley.

The session: Professional dialogue & sharing will involve you sharing experiences, processes & ideas with colleagues around a range of relevant & practical issues such as:

• Unpacking the Principal Standard
• Developing a culture of Professional Learning Communities
• Using data in improving outcomes for students
• Leading school improvement
