Career Pathways Workshop
for ATSI Secondary Students (Yrs 8-12)

(ATSI Education Focus Teacher to register all students)

PROGRAM DETAILS:
One day workshop

Date:      Friday 15 August, 2014
Time:      9.00am – 2.30pm
Venue:    Tauondi Community College, 1 Lipson Street,   Port Adelaide

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

• further improve their understanding of post-school opportunities
• make informed career and study choices
• assist in the transition process from school to post-school opportunities
• increase the level of understanding of ATSI employment programs

AITSL AUSTRALIAN PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS INCLUDE

• Standard 1: Know students and how they learn
• Standard 6: Engage in professional learning
• Standard 7: Engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the community

STUDENT REGISTRATIONS

Schools were given a Student Enrolment Form to record student details, their three preferred Career Pathways and the name of the Supervising Teacher/s who will accompany them.  This form is due to be returned to the school Focus Teacher by Friday 1 August.  Please use this information to register each student via this registration page. PLEASE NOTE if you haven't already done so you must 'Sign Up' as a member before you can register.  It may take up to 48hrs to receive an email confirmation with username and password.

Closing date for registering your students is Tuesday 5th August 2014
