exploring the strengths-based approach of the curriculum which supports students to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills they require to make healthy, safe and active choices that will enhance their own and other's health and wellbeing.
exploring the content structure including strands and sub strands, achievement standards and the focus areas:

Alcohol and other drugs	Active play and minor games
Food and nutrition	Challenge and adventure activities
Health benefits of physical activity	Fundamental movement skills
Mental health and well being	Games and sports
Relationships and sexuality	Lifelong physical activities
Safety	Rhythmic and expressive activities
