This three-hour interactive workshop will be delivered in person and includes components of Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and aspects of stress biology, to help you confidently address all situations with poise.

Learning Outcomes

Understanding of the nuanced components of difficult conversations

Identifying the impact of stress hormones on the communication process

Displaying advanced listening and empathy skills using the Emotions Matrix

Applying OUAA to quickly deescalate situations and/or build rapport

Reframing conflict and going above the line
