The Early Career Teacher (ECT) Program supports early career teachers (for the first 8 terms of teaching) and teachers new to Catholic schools in South Australia (for 4 terms).

Professional Learning
CESA offers professional learning opportunities that are designed primarily for teachers in the first two years of teaching. Professional learning in regional areas is arranged with school leaders.

CESA also facilitates workshops for school leaders and ECT Coordinators to share practice and discuss school-based support of early career teachers and teachers new to CESA.
